I’ve been spinner of yarns, watcher of whales, saver of turtles, wayfarer, shepherd. Always a writer, formerly a magazine art director, media coordinator, journalist, photographer, art farmist, and past winner of the Sutton Agricultural Fair Spelling Bee. So…not much of an expert on anything really. I live on a 100-acre Northumberland County farm in Ontario, Canada, working from Wholearth Farmstudio, tending an oversized garden, eating real food and raising assorted rare creatures. Among them are my flock of heritage Shropshire sheep and one exceptional Fox.
While a tad sheepish about weaving words…I managed to receive a CBC Literary Award, Ontario Arts Council Writer’s Reserve Grant, and have had work appear in EnRoute, Mind’s Eye, The Globe and Mail, The Toronto Star, Canadian Women Studies Literary Journal, Watershed Magazine and various other publications listed below…
